The 21st Century, because of globalization and day by day socio technological advancements, is providing threat to mankind by curtailing and amending the values and virtues that our Gurus have imbibed in us. The need has been risen to negate the undesirable impects of these changes and inculcate the desirable virtues by providing the life oriented skills and value oriented atmosphere. Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee through its chain of Educational Institutions, aims to develop the capacities latent in human nature and coordinate their expression for the enrichment and progress of society by equipping children with spiritual, moral and material knowledge.
Our school philosophy combines academic rigor with exploratory experiences. We help students develop academic skills, content knowledge, healthy habits, and sound decision making. In the process we also expose them to idea and open doors that they have yet to walk through. In acting upon our commitment to serving all students, our faculty continues to expand their own knowledge and develop strong programs.
In tandem with due academic programs, we are diligently taking steps to include students in creating a positive community. Each student makes a difference in shaping a healthy learning environment. We aspire for all students to feel important and recognize that they influence what happens to and what goes on around them. Our student cooperation and leadership-both overt and behind the scenes is outstanding, students make us smile and glad to be a part of their lives. The Directorate of Education has been setup to ensure quality assurance and quality enhancement in educational institutions. It is a privilege for me as Director Education to partner with faculty members student and their families in continuing to shape a safe, challenging, and nurturing schools that our full of energy and productivity.
Our students' success has always been and will remain our main concern. Our educational Board is forward-looking. Whether it is in the classroom where we practice differentiated instruction and inclusiveness, or on the environmental sphere with our green schools and environmentally friendly practices, not only do we follow best practices we define them! A large number of people have reposed their faith in S.G.P.C. English Medium Public School being setup in 2008. As we begin this new year with confidence, optimism and idealism. I assure all the concerned that the management will do its best to build up the character & satisfying career of its students through value education.
